My DDP Yoga DVD's have finally arrived. I came home and did the Diamond Dozen. I didn't have too much trouble with the standing positions, but the floor positions were hard, as always. I took before pictures, but I'm too embarrassed to show them all. So here is one of me trying to touch my toes while seated.
As you can see, I can't do it. I was pushing it too. The next photo will be in 30 days. Maybe by then I'll be able to touch my ankles.
Just look at my rolls. I didn't even see it coming. And to think, I lost 12 pounds, so I was even larger. My face got smaller, but my body failed to respond. Although my waistline is smaller, but not where I want to be.
When I improve, I will post my other (more embarrassing) before photos.
